Ninth Cloud Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ninth Cloud, we want you to love every piece you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
  • Standard Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Early Returns: For a faster processing time, we encourage returns within 14 days of receipt.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must still be attached, and items should be in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are Final Sale and cannot be returned:
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, and intimate apparel.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Custom-made or personalized clothing.
  • Gift cards.

4. Refund Process
  • Original Payment: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit immediately upon approval, which is valid for 12 months.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
  • Size/Color: To ensure your preferred size doesn't sell out, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item and returning the original for a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at ninthcloudshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. we will provide a prepaid return label and a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Tracking: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Ninth Cloud is not responsible for items lost in transit.
